Fundamental values
We engage all employees in the process of helping, clarifying and defining Mannov’s core values. These fundamental values make sense to us – and hopefully, also to those we know and work with. They also provide an insight into our culture and attitudes.
Enthusiasm As consultants, we do what we like, and like what we do. This makes it easier for us to commit ourselves to the tasks, our customers and each other – and provide the services we can be proud of.
Respect We appreciate and respect each other – both customers and colleagues -professionally and personally. We respect the attitudes and needs of others. We do that by listening, asking questions and striving to always remain open to new input and ideas.
Courage We dare to challenge both ourselves and our customers. We aim at thinking untraditionally both in relation to solutions and forms of co-operation. We are not afraid of new challenges. Adversity only makes us more determined to accomplish our goals.
Co-operation Our trust in each other and our customers create a solid basis for learning from each other, and it secures that our customers get the best possible results. We are convinced that we are often better as a team than as individuals. Therefore, we are aware of both each others’ and our customers’ expertise.
