Rikke Sternberg is partner and responsible for the New Technologies section. During several years, Rikke has specialised in offering strategic consultancy to corporate managers and communication departments in both Danish and international companies. Through a number of years working as a business journalist of e.g. the Danish paper Computerworld, Rikke has built up a vast experience in bridging the gap between the companies’ wishes and expectations and the media’s demands and criteria. The thorough knowledge of the media also constitutes the foundation for Rikke’s consultancy in crisis management cases.
Rikke is head of the section New Technologies. The section combines the consultancy aimed at technology companies with consultancy in the use of the new media. Rikke combines a thorough knowledge of the business world in general - the IT industry in particular – with a large interest in the new media both as an isolated phenomenon and as regards the impact they have on the tradional media scene. This insight into the new media is not only applied when working with technology companies, New Technologies also offers consultancy to all types of companies regarding possibilities and pitfalls.
Rikke holds a BA in Journalism and Communication from the University of New Mexico, US. Her expertise is especially strong within external communication, corporate communication, employer branding, issues management and crisis communication as well as product PR. In addition, she has carried out media training of a large number of corporate managers and spokespersons.
